Seroma Development following Body Contouring Surgery for Massive Weight Loss: Patient Risk Factors and Treatment Strategies

Abstract: The most important risk factor for seroma is weight of skin excised at the time of surgery. Treatment strategies include aspiration, drain placement, sclerosis, and surgery.
