Serological Comparisons Between Strains of Agrobacterium Tumefaciens

Abstract: Agrobacterium tzimefaciens Bc and Agrobacterium tumefaciens B6TP were compared serologically. Antigen-antibody precipitations produced by the use of the agar double-diffusion technique show cross reactions indicating similarity in addition to a line of precipitation specific for the virulent strain, Agrobacteriutn tzinzefaciens Bg.
