Sequencing of individual barcoded cDNAs on Pacific Biosciences and Oxford Nanopore reveals platform-specific error patterns

Abstract: Long-read transcriptomics requires understanding error sources inherent to technologies. Current approaches cannot compare methods for an individual RNA molecule.
