Septic Shock Sera Containing Circulating Histones Induce Dendritic Cell–Regulated Necrosis in Fatal Septic Shock Patients

Abstract: The study demonstrates a differential mechanism of dendritic cell death in patients with septic shock that is dependent on the severity of the disease.
