Septic shock and empyema induced by Pasteurella multocida

Abstract: resultados de CMI que determinaron un patrón de sensibilidad en todos ellos (según los puntos de corte de EUCAST). El paciente fue tratado con antibiótico de amplio espectro (piperacilina/tazobactam 4/05 g). Tras reinterrogar al paciente se descubre que, meses atrás, había acogido a un gato callejero que lo muerde y araña frecuentemente.
