Sepsis and Pathophysiology of Anthrax in a Nonhuman Primate Model

Abstract: Studies that define natural responses to bacterial sepsis assumed new relevance after the lethal bioterrorist attacks with Bacillus anthracis (anthrax), a spore-forming, toxigenic gram-positive bacillus.
