For example, the free AAs in human plasma were analyzed with high sensitivity after derivatization with 3-(4-carboxybenzoyl)quinoline-2-carboxylaldehyde (CBQCA) [32]. The derivatization step takes approximately 40 min with the analysis concentration limit of detection as low as 4610 28 M. Labeled AAs can be easily excited by the 488 nm line of an Ar-ion laser, or the 442 nm line of He/Cd laser.…”
