Separation, identification, and quantification of the major carotenoid and chlorophyll constituents in extracts of several green vegetables by liquid chromatography

Abstract: Major constituents of the extracts from five green vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, spinach, brussels sprouts, kale), several of which are members of the genus Brassica (Cruciferous), have been separated by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a C-18 reversed-phase column.
