Separating Sets on Semi-Weighted Homogeneous Hypersurface Singularities

Abstract

We show the existence of separating sets on a class of semiweighted homogeneous hypersurface singularities with weights w1 ≥ w2 > w3. In particular we show that these hypersurfaces are not metrically conical.Mathematics Subject Classification (2010). Primary 14B05; Secondary 32S25.
