Separating Graft-versus-tumor from Graft-versus-host Reactions

Abstract: The full therapeutic potential of allogeneic stem cell transplantation, through its immunologically mediated graft-versus-tumor effect, in patients with hematologic malignancies is greatly compromised by the occurrence of graft-versus-host disease.
