Abstract:L-asparaginase (ASNase) is one of the crucial components of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) therapy. Although we have previously shown that ASNase triggers metabolic reprogramming of leukemic cells, the significance and interconnections of the changes have not yet been elucidated.
