Abstract:Pri ocenjevanju ponudbe, prijavljene v certificiranje za pridobitev pravice do uporabe certifikata kolektivne blagovne znamke po modelu 'Izvorno slovensko', so združene ocene izvora živila in senzorične kakovosti s celostno podobo izdelka ter njegovo morebitno predhodno nagrajenostjo.
