Most recent production capabilities of highly demanded radiosotopes in medical diagnosis and imaging is not as high as the increasing number of patients worldwide. We studied radioisotope production efficiencies of 99m Tc, 111 In, 18 F, 11 C, 125,124 I, 67 Ga, 64 Cu ve 86 Y at medical accelerators through hadronic collision simulations by Geant4. We considered to recent production parameters and calculated the optimal values for parameters such as Qvalue, cross section, production energy and irradiation yields. This study also aimed to shed light on the radionuclide production in the region.
