Sensor Network Node Management and Implementation

Abstract

The configuration of the u-sensor network is comprised of sink node, and the sensor node and gateway so that the USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) application service can be provided. The middlewarefunction needfor a sink and sensor node for the sensor network management. In the middlewarefunction, it is required of the network topology management, the sensing data processing, a failure and power management, and etc. And it is designed in order to perform the network management through the u-sensor network overall. In this paper, it described about the design about the topology, event data, failure, power management for a sink and sensor node management and implementation issue. The topology configuration and all kinds of management data of sensor network nodes were shown through an implementation in the PAN network management GUI(Graphical User Interface).Keywords -Sensor Network, Management. resource specification of the sensor node, the expandability of the sensor network and heterogeneity of the sensor nodes and etc. about sensing data and the wireless network technique for accurately transmitting sensing data with the energy efficiency it is quick it uses the radio communications are needed. Moreover, the sensor network management technique including the movement, addition, omission, resources state and function change of the sensor node, and etc. is required. Generally, the most of USN middlewares and sensor network middleware are comprised of the Tightly-coupled system in order to provide the good performance concerning the USN application service. In this paper, a requirement and the function required for the sensor network middleware were defined. It was put through an implementation and described about the display of the management system of the u-sensor network.
