Sensitivity Testing and the Plant Location Problem

Abstract: A. wide range of models and and solution procedures are now available to the analyst concerned w~t~plant or w~rehouse location problems. While these produce an optimal solution, no expl~cIt~tatemen~~s usually made about solution stability.
