Sensitivity of Transverse Flow and Its Disappearance Towards Density-dependent Cross-section

Abstract: We study the relative role of density-dependent reduction and constant reduction of the cross-section on the mass dependence of balance energy throughout the mass range for two isobaric series corresponding to different neutron to proton contents using isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model.
