Sensitivity analysis of the scor metrics selected for the measurement of the management of a fruit-growing supply chain

Abstract: This paper presents the sensitivity analysis performed on metrics of the SCOR model in order to measure the management of a fruitgrowing supply chain of small producers. The methodology is presented in a detailed manner for the selection of metrics by using a multicriteria method such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The pertinence of the results is analyzed by taking into account three possible scenarios of assessment by the experts. The results of the sensitivity analysis show a certain degree of sou… Show more

“…Culture and attitude, and acceptability, are pointed out as crucial factors in the implementation of collaborative strategies in the supply chain (Simatupang and Sridharan, 2002; González-Feliu and Morana, 2011), which acquire a special importance in collaboration horizontal. In addition, (Peña and Rivera, 2017) in their supply chain management analysis for small farmers using supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model, found important weaknesses at the planning, operation and information level that greatly affect their management, emphasizing in need of intervention. This situation was also addressed by (Kamble et al , 2020) who insist on the need to intervene in the visibility processes and use of available resources to make these small producer chains sustainable.…”

“…It starts from the background previously discussed throughout this document. Key aspects related to no coordination in strategic, tactical and operational processes in the supply chain are discussed widely in (Orozco et al , 2019; Peña et al , 2020; Peña and Rivera, 2017; Acosta et al , 2018).…”
