Abstract: This paper keeps on the series of articles aimed at presenting to the readers of NIR News the research groups active in the field of NIR spectroscopy in Italy. In detail, the activities of the Sensing Lab research group of the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences (University of Milan) are described.
