“…Renal agenesis or dysgenesis is found in 10% of the Müllerian duct cysts [55, 56]. Prostatic cysts are small and contain no sperm [49], they can be recognized by transrectal ultrasonography, as can a diverticulum of the ejaculatory duct, since these cysts are located in the prostate and are smaller than seminal vesicle cysts. Other lesions that might mimic a seminal vesicle cyst are: a walled-off abscess in the cul-de-sac from a leaking colon diverticulum, a malignant lesion of the rectum involving the bladder and a leiomyoma of the bladder wall with degenerative changes [14].…”
