Semicarbazide diminishes the signs of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats

Abstract: The pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is accompanied by extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition, oxidative stress, and inflammation progression, as well as hyperactivation of amine oxidases (AOs), which contribute to disease manifestation.
