Semi‐Markov reliability model of manufacturing systems considering machine degradation, human errors, and their mutual facilitation effects

Abstract: Reliability plays a significant role in the overall performance of manufacturing systems, and accurate reliability assessments can guarantee their functionalities and efficiencies.
