Seltenes intramuskuläres Hämangiom des M. sternocleidomastoideus

Abstract: Intramuscular tumours of the head and neck often represent a differential diagnostic challenge. We report the rare case of an intramuscular haemangioma arising from the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the 6th decade.
