Self-supervised Denoising via Diffeomorphic Template Estimation: Application to Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract: Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is pervasive in both the research and clinical practice of Ophthalmology. However, OCT images are strongly corrupted by noise, limiting their interpretation.
