Self-Replicating RNA Viruses for Vaccine Development Against Infectious Diseases and Cancer

Abstract: Alphaviruses, flaviviruses, measles viruses and rhabdoviruses are enveloped single-stranded RNA viruses, which have been engineered as expression vector systems for recombinant protein expression and vaccine development.
