Self-paced acceptance and commitment training reduces burden transfer, stress, and burnout in veterinary healthcare teams

Abstract: OBJECTIVE An acceptance and commitment training (ACT) educational program targeting reaction to difficult client interactions recently demonstrated efficacy in reducing burden transfer, stress, and burnout in veterinary healthcare teams.
