Abstract:A pioneering approach in the domain of transdermal drug delivery systems (TDDS) is introduced by using microneedles (MNs) fabricated from an amorphous solid dispersion comprising only a model drug and an amphiphilic block copolymer to form a drug nanoformulation upon MN dissolution.
