Self‐medication misuse in the Middle East: a systematic literature review

Abstract: Regulations usually distinguish between prescription‐only (POM) and over‐the‐counter (OTC) medicines. The former requires medical prescription; the latter are available for SM of common minor or easily treated ailments.
