Self-luminescing BRET-FRET near-infrared dots for in vivo lymph-node mapping and tumour imaging

Abstract: Strong autofluorescence from living tissues, and the scattering and absorption of short-wavelength light in living tissues, significantly reduce sensitivity of in vivo fluorescence imaging.
