Self-immolative nanocapsules precisely regulate depressive neuronal microenvironment for synergistic antidepression therapy

Abstract: Background: Pharmacotherapy constitutes the first-line treatment for depression. However, its clinical use is hindered by several limitations, such as time lag, side effects, and narrow therapeutic windows.
