Self-efficacy and Resilience Are Useful Predictors of Transition Readiness Scores in Adolescents with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases

Abstract: This is the first study to identify a reliable predictor of transition readiness scores in adolescents with IBD that does not seem to be influenced by age.
