“…Este resultado es congruente con el modelo JD-R, de manera que los trabajadores tienen capacidades (recursos) que pueden activar como fuente de resistencia ante los acontecimientos estresantes (Baillien, De Cuyper & De Witte, 2011;Hunter, Mora & Ortega, 2004).Igualmente, los datos están en la línea de la Teoría Social Cognitiva cuando indica que las personas con elevados niveles de autoeficacia poseen confianza en sus habilidades para responder a los estímulos del medio y pueden ejercer cierto control sobre ellos (Bandura, 1997).
