In the present work, the inelastic electron scattering form factors, longitudinal and transverse for 65 Cu and 71 Ga nuclei lie in the fp-shell region are studied in the framework of the shell model. The calculation is performed in the (1f 5/2 ,2p 3/2 ,2p 1/2 ,1g 9/2 ) model space using jun45 effective interaction. The inelastic form factor is utilized by using the shape of Tassie and Bohr -Mottelson models with appropriate proton and neutron effective charges to account for the core-polarization effects contribution. The calculated form factors have been compared with available experimental data.
