Self-care at Work Matters: How Job and Personal Resources mediate between Self-Care and Psychological Well-being

Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-care activities (mindfulness and physical exercise) and the use of personal and work resources and their relationship with well-being. The sample consisted of 294 workers recruited from 20 organizations from different socioeconomic sectors in Spain.
