“…The spectrum usually exhibited two strong overlapping diffusions which appeared at 1580 cm −1 (G band) and 1360 cm −1 (D band), respectively. The graphitization degree of the char residues was evaluated by the ratio of integral intensity of D and G bands recorded as I D / I G. 39 The lower I D / I G value meant that the char possessed higher graphitization degree 40‐42 .
