Self-assembled multivalent glycosidase inhibition effect based on perylene monoimide-deoxynojirimycin conjugates

Abstract: Diabetes mellitus is a serious and chronic disease. Recently, multivalent glycosidase inhibitors were found and rapidly developed. The key element for construction of multivalent glycosidase inhibitor remained a large challenge.
