Safety is critical for many industries where a failure may impact the environment and human lives, such as in the oil and gas sector. Risk-based inspection has been used for years to identify risk levels in operations and to design inspection and maintenance programs to evaluate the most critical failure modes of the equipment. These programs usually are designed considering two main and clearly conflicting objectives, which are to maintain operations at acceptable risk levels while struggling to keep the costs associated with inspections manageable. Therefore, studies have handled this issue as a multiobjective problem and used heuristics to optimize equipment inspection programs in terms of risk and cost. However, in real-world applications, material and human resources restrictions proved to be crucial factors when creating inspection plans for a set of equipment. This paper presents an early stage methodology for optimizing inspection plans for multiple equipment in light of resources availability over time. The proposed methodology considers the appropriateness of inspection methods for this industry and their frequency of use to achieve acceptable risk levels while optimizing resources, reducing costs. The methodology is evaluated using a set of ten Christmas Trees subject to a limited number of offshore support rigs for inspections. The Pareto fronts for different constraint values showed a patent risk and cost improvement compared to a standard inspection plan using fewer rigs.

In order to understand the application of evolutionary algorithms in the comprehensive evaluation of student moral education, an application research based on evolutionary algorithms in the comprehensive evaluation of student moral education has been proposed. Firstly, we conducted an in-depth analysis of various factors that need to be considered in the comprehensive evaluation system for college students, including moral quality, intellectual level, physical health, aesthetic taste, labor skills, etc. These factors are crucial in evaluating a student's overall quality. Next, we specifically considered the unique situation of students at China University of Geosciences and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of their qualities from different dimensions. These dimensions include moral and ethical qualities. This multidimensional evaluation can provide a more comprehensive understanding of students' qualities and potential. Finally, in order to determine the weights of various evaluation indicators more objectively, we adopted evolutionary algorithms to determine the dimensions of each quality and the weights of each indicator, in order to better reflect the overall quality of students. This not only improves the objectivity of evaluation index weights, but also provides strong support for developing more reasonable evaluation standards.

⎯The increasing complexity of installations and operations of oil and gas facility, the growing public awareness need to ensure higher levels of safety have give a high pressure to designers and operators to find innovative solution to ensure a safe and economically viable operation. RBI is one of the solution can be used. RBI is a popular method and trusted for measure and develop inspection plan also provide many advantage such as plant availability, decrease failure happen, decrease risk level based on its failure and decrease inspection cost caused for production facility. The use of RBI can help in determining the inspection schedule of pressure vessel V-001 at offshore platform. RBI method determine the risk level of the object by calculate the probability of failure and consequence of failure of the object based on API 581. The result obtained for probability of failure V-001 is 0.000127099 (left head), 0.000123717 (shell) and 0.000131098 (right head) and the consequence of failure is 438.934 m 2 . The risk analysis of V-001 is categorized as medium level with recommendation inspection is 5 years for external inspection and 10 years for internal inspection with recommendation inspection use ultrasonic test, visual test, edy current and radiographic test.
