Selectivity among anti-σ factors by Mycobacterium tuberculosis ClpX influences intracellular levels of Extracytoplasmic Function σ factors

Abstract: Extracytoplasmic Function σ factors that are stress inducible are often sequestered in 10 an inactive complex with a membrane-associated anti-σ factor.
