Selective activation and accumulation of oligoclonal V beta-specific T cells in active pulmonary sarcoidosis.

Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous disease in which activated T cells, responding to an unidentified stimulus, accumulate at sites of disease such as the lung.
