Several algorithms have been developed for building-attached photovoltaic system (BAPV) planning in educational institute based on PV capacity. Fewer studies on optimization algorithms for BAPV system planing on campus have been reported which considers a technoeconomic assessment. Therefore, a well-known robust algorithm is used as an optimization technique of BAPV system and considers technoeconomic assessment on campus. This paper presents a combination of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) with fuzzy theory (fuzzy AHP) for selecting a suitable and optimal design of BAPV system on academic campus. The BAPV system design is based on roof area and load profile at the project site. Five BAPV systems have been designed using five different types of PV. The design was comprehensively assessed by experts through a questionnaire with pairwise comparison model. Fuzzy AHP used to consider the qualitative and quantitative assessments that can affect the selection process. The comprehensive assessment in criteria consists of sizing systems, technical, economic, and environmental perspectives as criteria. The perspective is divided into 13 subcriteria. The results show degree of importance from the criteria-based fuzzy AHP as follows: technical > economic > environment > sizing system. Based on the assessment of criteria and subcriteria, design with monocrystalline is most suitable and polycrystalline as the least suitable design for BAPV system connected to grid and battery energy storage system in case study.

Infrastructure progress in Indonesia today has affected the construction industry, one of which is concrete. The high demand for concrete as a major component of development has made these industrial suppliers have performance and capability to demand. PT XYZ is a ready mix and precast company that has problems in the procurement of fluctuating sand material and does not meet the target in 2017, due to supplier performance so that suppliers need to be selected with certain criteria. This study examined the criteria and preference values of the five selected suppliers (PT CAS, CV KK, PT PAP, PT APP and PT TTJ) using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. In the first step we tested the weight between the criteria, then tested the weight between the sub-criteria with the AHP method. Then tested the value of the preference of the TOPSIS method by weighting the results of the determination by AHP. From the results of this study the results obtained from the AHP method that quality has the largest criteria weight with a value of 0.29, besides the sub-criteria with the largest weighting criteria is the history of corporate cooperation with a value of 0.56. Whereas the supplier with the largest preference value with the TOPSIS method is PT TTJ with a preference value of 0.69.

A single-valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) is a special case of a neutrosophic set which is characterized by a truth, indeterminacy, and falsity membership function, each of which lies in the standard interval of [0, 1]. This paper presents a modified Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with maximizing deviation method based on the single-valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) model. An integrated weight measure approach that takes into consideration both the objective and subjective weights of the attributes is used. The maximizing deviation method is used to compute the objective weight of the attributes, and the non-linear weighted comprehensive method is used to determine the combined weights for each attributes. The use of the maximizing deviation method allows our proposed method to handle situations in which information pertaining to the weight coefficients of the attributes are completely unknown or only partially known. The proposed method is then applied to a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problem. Lastly, a comprehensive comparative studies is presented, in which the performance of our proposed algorithm is compared and contrasted with other recent approaches involving SVNSs in literature.
