Selection of unployed aircraft for training of small-range aircraft defense system AHP - TOPSIS optimization methods

Abstract: The article solves the problem of more efficient and economical training of combat crews on short range air defense systems. The training so far is based on the use of conventional means, which require engagement of a large number of people, expensive equipment, long-term planning and spending a lot of time and space. The use of unmanned aerial vehicles - drones, greatly saves all these resources. Our mathematical model, using the methods of multicriteria decision-making - Analytical Hierarch… Show more

“…This deviation was caused by the criteria used, so a sensitivity analysis was conducted to investigate how much each criterion affected the change in the ranking of the alternatives. As well as a comparison with other MCDM methods, the sensitivity analysis of the model played a significant role in the validation of the results obtained [57][58][59][60]. Sensitivity analysis aims to examine how much the application of the weight of one criterion affects the final ranking of the studied alternatives [61], in this case vehicles.…”

“…To reduce the impact of expert judgment in determining the criterion weights, a combination of the subjective and objective determination of criterion weights was used [ 46 , 47 ]. Fuzzy LMAW and entropy methods were used for this purpose.…”

“…It is calculated by the following formula: Where ρ stands for correlation coefficient, D for grade difference, N for sample size, and i for the number of evaluation objects. A correlation coefficient above 0.8 indicates a strong correlation between alternatives [ 31 ]. As shown in Table 7 , at the significance level of 1%, the correlation values of each alternative scheme are between 0.991 and 1, which fully indicates that TOPSIS has been well implemented in solving the problem.…”
