Selection of conditions for submerged cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus

Abstract: Произведен подбор условий глубинного культивирования гриба P. ostreatus для получения наибольшего выхода биомассы. Для выращивания грибов глубинным методом были выбраны источники углерода и азота, в качестве замены глюкозе и пептону в составе стандартной среды.
