Abstract:Background: Incurable spinal tuberculosis is extremely uncommon, its treatment is challenging and still controversial. We aimed to investigate the efficacy of posterior and combined posterior-anterior surgical approaches for incurable tuberculous thoracolumbar kyphosis.
