Selected chronic diseases and their risk factors in teachers

Abstract: StreszczenieChoroby przewlekłe stanowią duży problem w wymiarach indywidualnym, społecznym i ekonomicznym oraz są przyczyną 60% zgonów na świecie, a szacuje się, że w 2020 r. odsetek ten wzrośnie do 72%. Wśród chorób przewlekłych największą grupę stanowią choroby układu krążenia (30%), nowotwory (13%), choroby układu oddechowego (7%) i cukrzyca (2%).
