Segmenting Brain MRI using Adaptive Mean Shift

Abstract: To delineate arbitrarily shaped clusters in a complex multimodal feature space, such as the brain MRI intensity space, often requires kernel estimation techniques with locally adaptive bandwidths, such as the adaptive mean shift procedure.
