Segmentation of SAR image in electromagnetic environment based on fractal theory

Abstract

Arithmetic of traditional segmentation and extraction of region bases on extraction of shape of objects. Because of existence of a great deal of speckle noise and fuzzy information in SAR image, it is ditficult to realize the segmentation of region. In the light of special abilitj, of dimension of fractal in the aspect of expressing roughness of texture, region segmentation of SAR image based on dimension offractal gets an ideal result.
