Seems Fair to Me: Dyadic Leader Consensus Mediates Fairness and Group Performance

Abstract: Drawing on both relational and shared leadership theory and utilizing social consensus, we examine the relationship between percieved leader fairness, leader consensus (LC), and group performance.
