In order to further understand the economic data management system and technology, in-depth research was conducted in the state of people’s nervous system feeling. The method of building open platform algorithm to optimize and modify weight rule 2BP grid construction was used to study. According to the basic principle, the BP neural network which is more suitable for economic data management system was constructed. At the same time, to construct economic database resources, neural network system was mainly to simplify and abstract or simulate the human brain nervous system, which is not completely the same, but can also map the basic characteristics of many functions of the human brain. Through the analysis of the economic data of the neural network, the neural network is widely used in the economic data management, which not only improves the management level of enterprises, but also improves the benefits and profits of enterprises. In order to solve the problem that the ideological and political work mechanism in colleges and universities is relatively backward, which has no significant effect on ensuring the healthy and vigorous development of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics and promoting the all-round growth of students, this research focuses on the innovative countermeasures of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the network environment from the perspective of ideological and political education. Therefore, the current situation and problems of ideological and political education management in colleges and universities are understood through questionnaire survey and interview. It is learned that 24.09% of students believe that the level of ideological and political education activities in colleges and universities is declining, 32.12% of students do not like the traditional way of ideological and political education, 33.94% of students have a general evaluation of the current ideological and political education management, and 58.03% of students believe that the way of ideological and political education is relatively single. Network psychological education for college students is a kind of educational behavior aimed at the psychological change process of college students in the Internet environment, and it conducts psychological education for college students in terms of cognition, emotion, will, ethics, personality shaping, interpersonal communication, and so on. Based on the above problems, combined with the requirements of ideological and political management and the needs of students, this article puts forward countermeasures from three aspects: management mechanism innovation, team improvement, and adaptation ways. Therefore, the management of ideological and political education in the network era is not a thing overnight, and must be adhered to for a long time. Only by constantly exploring, strengthening research, absorbing the strengths of others, innovating and developing, the ideological and political education management in the network era will increasingly show its strong effectiveness and play a more and more important role in practical work. The lack of network morality and network norms not only affects the ideological and political education but also affects the ideological and moral elements of higher vocational students’ quality and physical and mental health.

The low-carbon and efficient development of power system is guided by the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization (Double Carbon). Increasing the proportion of renewable energy in power system can effectively reduce the carbon emissions in power system. However, renewable energy presents an adaptive problem of how to regulate the overall power systems in a stable and safe state. Therefore, our work constructs an evolutionary topological network by analyzing the dynamic evolution rule of power systems, and then discusses the relationship between the power system agent's role and the dynamic structure. We reveal the methods for power system co-evolution under the influence of both internal and external factor, aiming at the low carbon and stable developing requirement. We found that the key measures to solve the synergistic evolution of the power system are to increase energy storage, stabilize renewable energy supply, break the inter-provincial barriers in electricity transmission, and build a smart power system at multiple levels to achieve the ultimate goal of a smart, low-carbon, secure and interconnected future.Through the Link Analysis, we found that future power systems will maintain mild coordination between each agent rather than applying large scale de-alignment and reconfiguration. The controller while the roles of the residential user and researcher are becoming more flexible; nevertheless, the energy shortage agent, as a resource coordinator but with a negative contribution index, must be developed further to adapt to new power systems. We believe that obstacles can be overcome by promoting cohesion between the network and agents through more technological innovation and large-scale market diffusion to motivate co-evolution.
