“…Treatment with PGPF, particularly of the genus Aspergillus, Alternaria, Trichoderma, Penicillium, Fusarium, Sphaerodes and Phoma has been reported to improve seed germination and seedling vigor in different agronomic and horticultural crops ( Table 2). Scarified seeds inoculated with spores from Aspergillus and Alternaria had significant increases in germination of Utah milkvetch (Astragalus utahensis) in vitro, and in greenhouse and fall-seeded plots near Fountain Green and Nephi [55].
