Seed density and waterfowl use of rice fields in Camargue, France

Abstract: European rice fields provide potential nocturnal foraging habitat to waterfowl during winter. Agricultural practices may influence seed density and accessibility, thereby influencing the extent to which ducks use this managed habitat.
