With popularity of Internet technology in international trade, the demand of electronic commerce information services keeps expanding, and the platform of electronic commerce information services has become key factor in the international trade information management in China to optimize the operation mode of international trade, increase trade opportunities and improve the international competitiveness under global economy integration and information society development .In this paper, the content and characteristics of electronic commerce information service are firstly analyzed ,combined with current situation of information management in international trade and enterprises' Internet infrastructure construction in China, it is proposed to construct an single-window platform, including the national common interface of data exchange, the common data exchange service platform for import and export enterprises, banking, logistics companies and government, and industry cooperative operation platform related to domestic and international trade activities.

With popularity of Internet technology in business trade, and the platform of electronic commerce information services has become key factor in the business trade information management, which increase business trade opportunities and improve the international competitiveness under global economy integration and information society development. In this paper, the basic conceptions and forms of economical commerce system are firstly analyzed with the ways of material collection. It mainly considers the structure of enterprise economic management, deal management, finical management and enterprise culture .The paper also discusses the existing problems in developing economic commerce period and offers economic management strategy .It is necessary to make transform and innovation on enterprise management for the development of traditional enterprise.

Currently, the emergence of economic commerce and the development of a revolution in the field of circulation, the new economic phenomenon are closely linked with the knowledge economy, the information economy, the network economy, the digital economy, which get the attention of international organizations, governments and the business community. In this paper, there is the analysis of the definition of electronic commerce, which should be the most important business model with advanced technology of information. This dissertation points out the essential factors and characteristics of modern economic management on the basis of analysis to the concept and development of economic commerce, and discusses the close contact between economic commerce and economic management. It also analyzes the use of economic commerce and accompanied interests through specific theories and actual cases, in addition to discuss typical defects and improve measures of economic commerce.
